Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is situated about a 10-minute drive from the city center. The room I booked online was not exactly as pictured and could use some updating. Initially, our room faced a dirty yard and a big tree, but we managed to get one with a view. Being away from the city's hustle and bustle was a plus.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although not the one originally assigned, were clean and well-equipped with amenities like robes and slippers, but lacked air conditioning. The service was friendly and helpful despite a few issues. The location was convenient for exploring Georgetown, but there were some safety concerns. The dining experience was subpar with slow service, although the facilities were decent.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very big, spacious, and comfortable, which was great, but there was no air conditioning, so be prepared for that. On the positive side, the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, ready to cater to all our needs. However, there were some concerning incidents like the staff being careless, leaving the master key for the whole floor in our bedroom and a dead cockroach in the bathroom. The location was in a safe neighborhood of Queenstown with a lovely breeze from the Atlantic Ocean, but on the downside, the dining options were limited and expensive.
